Saratoga Springs doesn't get enough credit for how much it has going on in the summer. Neptune Park becomes the heartbeat of the city from June through August — live concerts, food trucks, a farmers market, and a packed weekly event series that's free for the whole family. Add in the city's flagship festival and you've got a summer calendar that rivals cities twice the size.
If you live here — or you're thinking about making the move — here's everything happening in Saratoga Springs this summer, sourced directly from the city's official events pages.
Splash Days 2026: Saratoga Springs' Biggest Celebration of the Year
June 10–13, 2026 | Neptune Park
Splash Days is Saratoga Springs' answer to every city's big annual festival — and it's a four-day event the whole community rallies around. Held the second full weekend of June every year, the 2026 dates are June 10–13 at Neptune Park.
The festival runs Wednesday through Saturday and includes something different each day:
- Thursday — Pre-movie boutique vendors open 5–9 PM
- Friday — Pre-concert boutique vendors open 5–9 PM, live entertainment
- Saturday — Grand Parade in the morning, boutique open 12–4 PM after the parade, RC Car Show at Neptune Park from noon–3 PM
The carnival is a staple of Splash Days — carnival vouchers go on pre-sale starting May 11, and they go fast. If you want to save money on rides, grab yours early.
Splash Days is genuinely one of those events where you see how tight-knit this community actually is. It's organized by city staff and volunteers who clearly care about putting on something special every year.

Train Rides at Shay Park: Every Saturday Morning All Summer
One of Saratoga Springs' quieter but genuinely beloved summer traditions — the Utah Live Steamers offer free train rides at Shay Park on Saturday mornings throughout the summer. It's a low-key, no-cost activity that's perfect for families with younger kids. The run schedule gets posted in May on the city's website.

Get to the River Festival: September 2026
Jordan River Parkway | September
As summer winds down, the Get to the River Festival brings it home. This is a month-long series of community events along the Jordan River Parkway sponsored by the Jordan River Commission — all centered on the river and the trail system that runs right through Saratoga Springs. What This Summer Looks Like If You Live Here
One of the things I tell buyers who are considering Saratoga Springs is that this city has figured something out that a lot of newer Utah County cities are still working on: a real sense of community identity. The summer event calendar is a big part of that. Neptune Park on a Monday night in July is one of those experiences that makes you feel like you actually live somewhere, not just sleep there.
If you're new to the area or thinking about making the move, getting to even one or two of these events will show you what this community is really about.
